Finish in three steps

Open the right tool, choose one or more files that match the accepted formats, confirm any options, and start processing. When the job is finished, download the result in the same workspace. To process another file, select a new one and start again.

Choose the right tool

Each tool page shows the input and output formats. Office, image, EPUB, and PDF tools support different file types. Batch merge and JPG to PDF also process files in the order you selected them in the browser.

  • If the file extension looks correct but the file is rejected, confirm that the actual file format matches the extension.
  • Password-protected PDFs usually need to be unlocked before some conversion, organization, or redaction actions.
  • For important files, keep the original copy and check page count, layout, fonts, and images after downloading the result.

File security

Uploaded files are handled through controlled storage and background jobs, and download URLs are valid only briefly. Source and result files are cleaned according to the lifecycle policy. When using redaction, pages are regenerated as an image-based PDF so redacted content cannot be searched or copied.

When conversion fails

First try reopening or downloading the source file, confirm that it is not damaged, check the size limit, and verify whether it needs a password. If it still fails, record the tool name, job ID, error code, browser, and public reproduction steps. Do not send original files that contain sensitive content.

FAQ

Trouvez rapidement une réponse

Why cannot I upload my file?

Check the file extension, file size, and the accepted input format for the current tool. Corrupted files, empty files, or files whose extension does not match the actual format may also be rejected.

How long are uploaded files stored?

The current default retention period is 24 hours for source and result files, and download URLs are valid for 15 minutes by default. Actual deployment rules are controlled by the page and service configuration. Expired files are removed by cleanup jobs.

Why did the layout change after conversion?

Different formats use different fonts, page sizes, embedded objects, and layout rules. Review important pages after downloading the result. If the issue is repeatable, provide the tool, job ID, and error description.

Can password-protected PDFs be converted directly?

Usually you need to use the unlock tool first and provide an open password or owner password you are authorized to use. If the password cannot be verified, do not send it in ordinary feedback text.

Is redaction really irreversible?

The redaction tool rerenders pages into an image-based PDF and removes the original text layer, forms, annotations, and attachments. After completion, the redacted source content is no longer present in the output file, but you should still keep the source file and review the result.

Can I choose files from Google Drive or Dropbox?

Yes, on pages where the cloud entry points are configured. Cloud sources are filtered by the current tools format rules and then passed through the unified upload flow.

How do I report conversion problems?

Go to the contact page, choose Conversion quality, and include the job ID, error code, input format, and public reproduction steps. Remove names, addresses, ID numbers, and other sensitive details first.
